Your Role
- Design amp; ship an insanely great product.
Role Requirements
- Evidence of exceptional ability in application software product design
- in particular, products that solve exceptionally complex and diverse end-user problems, which you were able to make extraordinarily minimalist, delightful, and easy to use.
- A track record of success in roles where the buck stopped with you
- A track record of success managing the product roadmap, and of achieving consistent buy-in and alignment with engineering and other stakeholders.
- Excellent IU ability, taste, speed, and design system implementation.
- You have many impressive references who would unhesitatingly vouch for you.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Top 10% or better, considering your abilities amp; market conditions.
- Paid Time Off: 20 days/year (four weeks)
