Job Title: Email Marketing amp; CRM Specialist | Location: Wynwood Office - Miami, FL
Reports to: Director of Marketing
The Flowery is a DTC cannabis delivery company based in Wynwood. We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing amp; CRM Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in email marketing and CRM and a strong understanding of the cannabis industry. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our brand messaging and business objectives.
- Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns.
- Use AlpineIQ and Klaviyo to their full potential to set up workflows, segment our audience, and analyze campaign performance.
- Develop automated email campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the copywriting team to develop compelling email copy that resonates with our audience.
- Analyze data and provide insights into how we can improve our email marketing efforts.
- Monitor email deliverability and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our email marketing and CRM efforts are cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in email marketing and CRM.
- A strong understanding of the cannabis industry and the unique challenges of marketing in this space.
- Experience with AlpineIQ and Klaviyo and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, and email deliverability.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to develop compelling email copy that resonates with our audience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to provide insights into our email marketing and CRM efforts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure that our emails are error-free and aligned with our brand guidelines.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- A willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and to continuously improve our email marketing and CRM efforts.

Starting Wage: 60k - dependent on experience. The Flowery offers yearly (or performance based) evaluations per the company's discretion. All full-time employees automatically qualify for benefits (health, dental and/or vision), PTO amp; Paid Holidays after their probationary period; which is 30 days.

Requirements
Must be able to pass a level 2 background check
Must be 21+
Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Must be able to lift 50 pounds overhead.
Must be able to kneel, bend over, sit and stand for long periods of time.
