Job Overview:
The Operations Lead will own the operations activities at Zimple Money. You will have direct, daily interaction with the CEO and work collaboratively with teams across the organization to provide an exceptional customer experience and support our partners in a compliant and efficient way.
Responsibilities:
Provide general customer support for loans, and ACH, credit and debit card payments Build and continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency and scalability while minimizing errors Own the feedback loop between customers and the product team, highlighting areas of friction and confusion that need to be addressed as well as new features that will add value and delight our customers Support lender and borrower onboarding and loan setup Help facilitate merchant services applications for ACH and credit/debit card payment acceptance Assist with loan modification and ongoing loan servicing support Conduct KYC/KYB, OFAC screening, and high-risk transaction monitoring. Work with our Compliance team to understand and maintain adherence to respective policies.Requirements

You like thinking on your feet. 3-5 years of experience in operations at a fintech or financial services company required, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment Familiarity with BSA/AML regulations, NACHA requirements, Card Network rules preferred Fluency in MS Office or G-Suite and modern CRM platforms preferred Bachelor’s or other Advanced Degree in a related discipline preferredBenefits

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The overall market range for this role is typically $65,000 to $85,000
