We are seeking a talented and experienced Platform Lead / PMO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the platform development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. The role requires someone who is highly motivated, a great team player, and has a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the platform development team to deliver high-quality products.
- Define and manage the platform development roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies.
- Drive continuous process improvements and streamline project management processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in project management, software development, and/or platform management.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Positive attitude and a great team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience working with financial technology (FinTech) platforms.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
