Job Description

Now Hiring Program Managers and Educators for our Fremont School District Sites!

Part-Time / Full-Time

Competitive pay* Program Managers $26-$30 per hour and Educators $20-25 per hour

Growth opportunities and Monday-Friday NO WEEKENDS!

Mostly PART -TIME Opportunities

Required upon employment: You will need to complete a NEW Fingerprint LIVE SCAN before the first day of employment, and a Health Certificate from your doctor with a completed TB Test. Other requirements/trainings will be required upon employment. **Our Right At School site locations are located in the Fremont School District Sites**

You’ll drive the mission by:

  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation
  • Deliver dynamic Right At School curriculum to engage children in academic and social character building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children
  • Delivering quality enrichment programs for children using internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Developing and coaching a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
  • Working closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
  • Instilling the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
  • Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork

Requirements

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline
  • Works well in a team environment
  • A passion and drive that inspires a love for learning amp; the ability to engage children in learning activities in a fun and interactive way
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • College coursework in early childhood education, child development, or a related field
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements; Finger print LIVE SCAN, CPR/FA, Medical Certificate/TB test, Mandated Reporter training
