Your primary role as our Sales Enablement Manager will be to work with and assist the sales team by developing resources, templates, calculators, and other tools to help make the sales process more efficient and effective. You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales professionals have the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to drive sales and achieve our company's growth objectives

Key Objectives:

Objective #1: Establish our sales enablement processes, strategy, materials, and team

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, including onboarding, ongoing training, coaching, and performance management programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create relevant, engaging, and impactful sales content, including presentations, sales playbooks, case studies, demos, and other sales collateral
  • Establish and maintain a sales training curriculum that covers product knowledge, sales methodologies, competitive intelligence, and industry trends

Objective #2: Make data-driven decisions to elevate the sales enablement process

  • Use performance analysis data to calculate the return on investment (ROI) of enablement processes; establish ROI targets and adapt or implement strategies to accomplish company and team-level goals
  • Track and analyze all training, content, and courseware usage
  • Evaluate metrics and effectiveness of sales initiatives
  • Manage and monitor the use of our sales enablement technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement, and learning management systems

Objective #3: Identify and champion improvements to our sales teams and processes

  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to sales team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement and low-code BPM SaaS to continuously improve our sales enablement programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS and/or process automation organization
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse sales team
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and deliver sales enablement initiatives
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
