We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. As a Salesforce BSA, you will be responsible for supporting our Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and any data transformation projects, with a particular focus on account and contact clean-up activities. This is a long-term, remote position that requires hands-on experience with Salesforce cloud and related technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment
- Work hands-on with Salesforce cloud to support account and contact clean-up activities, including data transformation projects
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization
- Work with the technical team to develop and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that meet business requirements
- Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions are functioning as expected
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce Sales Cloud users, including issue resolution and user training
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce Sales Cloud and related technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, with extensive experience in Salesforce cloud
- Hands-on experience with account and contact clean-up activities and data transformation projects
- Salesforce Admin 201 and Sales cloud certification required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other stakeholders in a remote work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
