The company currently operates 90+ stores across Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma and growing.
Salad and Go is seeking a Vice President of Store Operation Services who has a passion for high quality, delicious food and being of service to others. In this role, you will partner directly with the field leaders to grow same store sales, enter new markets and achieve our unit development goals by providing our store team members with the best technology solutions, tools and resources that make our stores the best place to work. This candidate’s ideal background is someone who has demonstrated results running a portfolio of high volume, drive-thru locations, combined with experience working in a field support role leading cross functional efforts in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
As the VP of Store Operations Services, you will:
- Own the calendaring, prioritization, and sequencing of store level initiatives.
- Accountable for the regular and consistent communication to the stores to ensure they can execute new product, systems and process with excellence defined by minimal disruption to the Guest Experience.
- Create a testing methodology and approach to operationalizing new, innovative ideas and solutions while prioritizing continuous improvement of existing process specialized in our store’s engine optimization.
- Work with our frontline team members, identifying SMEs to continuously find better and smarter ways of operating while marshaling resources across the organization to support your efforts to improve speed and quality.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of SAG business objectives and develop solutions, policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of goals related to store and company KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years senior level QSR multi-unit management experience.
- Demonstrated strength in observing, problem solving, and coaching with experience in Lean Methodologies and principals.
- Can clearly communicate plans, goals and vision to a broad decentralized team using a variety of formats that resonate and inspire the front lines and up through the organization.
- Can work at a FAST pace defined by iterative, not perfect yet focused on the details.
Travel Requirements: Able to travel a minimum of 20% of the time.
