Job Description

As a Channel/Partner Manager, you will have the responsibility of managing existing partners and also recruiting, onboarding, and building relationships with new Channel Partners. Your role will be crucial in Everbridge's growth as you develop and execute partner strategies that drive revenue growth in North America. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team and leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver solutions that protect businesses and communities worldwide.What you'll do;
  • Recruit new Partners to drive incremental business for Everbridge and RedSky Technologies.
  • Onboard Partners to ensure that they are proficient with Everbridge’s CEM, platform and can ramp quickly to productivity.
  • Enable and manage Partners to bring Everbridge to local markets that complement our direct sales teams.
  • Enable Partners about RedSky Technology regarding Kari’s Law amp; the Ray Baum Act to help keep their customers compliant with the recent laws.
  • Ensure Partner sales teams can present and articulate Everbridge’s value propositions to their customers and prospects.
  • Develop and execute channel marketing campaigns that drive incremental revenue for Everbridge and our partners.
  • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed new and growing sales targets and monthly key performance indicators.
What you'll bring;
  • BS or BA in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of dedicated, successful channel sales experience.
  • Experience with SaaS products or services, telecommunication services, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, emergency management, incident communications, security, or related products is highly desirable.
  • o Proven track record developing and maintaining relationships at the C-Level o Consistently and effectively use CRM (Salesforce.com) to track revenue growth and partner development activities.
  • Proven, measurable, and successful experience in growing revenue within existing accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% Partners and Industry Events.
