As a Home Care Coordinator, your key role will be to help us ensure our patients have dedicated home care services. You will be working with our ultimate caregivers and patients daily to coordinate services and ensure quality care is front and center. This is an exciting role that works with an Ultimate team! Requirements
What we are looking for?
- Home care coordinating experience working for a licensed home care agency (LHCSA).
- Bilingual Spanish (Required)
- A positive attitude: you are a team player, and you work effectively with different teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
What will blow our minds!
- 1-3 years of recent home care coordination experience.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a home care environment.
- Go-getter that's resourceful, and able to work effectively with the tools at hand.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Haitian Creole)
