New Construction Support Manager

Charlotte Mechanical, LLC is looking for an experienced New Construction Support Manager to work with strong sense of urgency to drive daily results, create a vision, set goals and hold the team accountable. Candidate must have strong leadership presence and proven success motivating a workforce.

Requirements

• Oversees the New Construction Support Staff
• Update staff/team daily on all contracted and upcoming projects
• Coordination of New Construction Office Support Team functions including:
• Submittals
• Change Orders
• Coordinate with Purchasing
• Change Orders
• Permits
• ·Must have 6 plus years construction support experience - Multi-family experience a plus
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Must be open-minded and driven
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be a strategic planner and problem solver
• Must be well organized
• Must have strong computer skills (MS Office, Adobe)
• Spectrum operating system a plus
• BlueBeam and ViewPoint Teams experience a plus
