About the Role:
We’re building out our People team, and we’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join us. In this role, you’ll work closely with the People Team to build and enhance the employee experience at PERSUIT through supporting projects and program rollouts, maintaining our systems and People-related data, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Project Management and Coordination:
- Work across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding to ongoing employee engagement and development
- Maintain data and systems: data integrity and tracking across systems- hiring reporting, people ops reporting
- Support on projects, such as interview processes, onboarding work, performance management
- Work cross-functionally with managers to develop Success Plans and professional development goals for all employees
- Support interview coordination and logistics of the candidate process
- Act as the front line to answer employee questions or logistics
Data and Administration:
- Issue offer/transfer letters and background checks, manage onboarding tasks and process for new hires to ensure their set up for success on Day 1
- Maintain all position descriptions updated and maintained
- Basic payroll and benefit administration and monitor utilization of benefits offerings
- Help with reporting on key People metrics and ensuring accuracy in data
- Support interview coordination and logistics of the candidate process
- Maintain data and systems to ensure data integrity and tracking across systems- hiring reporting, people ops reporting
Who You Are:
- You have 2+ years of experience in a Talent/Recruiting Coordinator or People Operations role
- Familiarity with People/HR practices and programs through previous work experience
- Enthusiastic and energized to build a world class employee experience
- Lead with trust, respect and inclusion; this is one of our Principles and a key value embedded in our People practices

For NYC-based applicants, the base salary range is $65,000-$75,000.

Please also note these ranges are base salary ranges, and there may be additional compensation elements, such as bonuses, commission, retirement plan contributions, equity, etc.
