Description:
The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer develops tools to enable the adoption of the IDEA platform. This may include dashboards, data dictionaries, documentation, and FAQ materials, as well as facilitating support to IDEA tool end users. This candidate would also assist in the identification of new data or reporting needs of the IDEA User Community and help inform and/or influence the product team with roadmap strategy. The Senior BI Engineer acts as support for users across the business and assists with questions, requirements gathering, best practices, and growing use of IDEA Solution Platform across the Enterprise.
Main responsibilities primarily involve the following:
- Work collaboratively across the program team and organization to design, build, and maintain analytical solutions to support the IDEA Solution Platform.
- Gather BI requirements for end-user capabilities within the IDEA Solution Platform.
- Create and maintain templates, documents, and support resources necessary to enable the user community to effectively leverage the IDEA Solution Platform to meet their business objectives.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to evolve the platform to meet growing and evolving business needs.
- Works collaboratively with the business and Qualtrics on creating and/or maintaining dashboards and NLP models.
- Assist in the testing of new BI capabilities and products as they are released to ensure they meet the business needs and offer a positive experience to the user community.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of BI experience OR Master's degree and 2 or more years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to all levels of leadership
- Experience with data analysis and validation as well as a problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with Dashboarding tools such as Power BI
- Experience in developing content to help end users leverage business intelligence and data tools
- Ability to efficiently allocate your resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Qualtrics (previously Clarabridge) or other NLP Software a plus
- Experience working with unstructured data such as text
- Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
- Understanding of product management life cycles
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology for value delivery (Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) a plus)
- Experience writing SQL queries against multiple databases (SQl Server, Oracle, Azure)
- Experience automating, simplifying business processes, and/or streamlining workflows using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of?$75K $80K?plus a variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.
