Sign-on Bonus Details
$500 paid at 60 days, $1000 at 6 months. Must be in good standing to qualify. Bonus will be paid on the next full pay period once the milestone has been reached.

A Successful Candidate will possess the following:
- Requires High School diploma or GED
- Some prior experience in clerical, administrative, or receptionist function, or related area
- Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Google suite.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information
- Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking skills along with ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining composure and respect for everyone

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls.
- Greet and sign-in customers, vendors, and visitors. Welcome visitors in a pleasant and professional manner. Follow-up with notifying current employees of visitor arrival.
- Receive and sort incoming mail for the company and/or location.
- Assists other departments, including Human Resources, Sales, Quality, and Payroll with clerical projects such as filing, copying, collating, word processing, and data entry.
- Orders office and warehouse supplies
- Arrange catering for employee, visitor and /or management meetings. Set up, or assist with set up, upon delivery.
- Maintain the conference room schedules with meeting reservations.
- Prepare packages to be sent via third-party carrier, or sign for deliveries.
- Assist Plant Manager with compiling report information or gathering data to be reported on.
- Perform additional clerical tasks on an as needed basis to support the operations of the plant location.
