We’re looking for a Manager of Clinical Network Operations to create the best possible Sesh experience through the creation, engagement and maintenance of our national Clinical Network of board-certified and/or licensed clinicians. This is a pivotal role in the organization with the opportunity to build a larger Clinical Network Operations team working in lock-step with cross-functional departments. A successful candidate for this role will have experience recruiting and engaging therapists, managing against programmatic quality expectations and engaging clinicians with a strong track record of training and performance expectations management. Job Description:

The Manager of Clinical Network Operations will be joining our fast-growing Clinical Operations team and be responsible for delivering immediate value to our members by increasing the size of our clinical network and enhancing our Quality Program. You will own the Sesh network of therapists to provide best-in-class group support experiences for every Sesh member.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be working with therapists to recruit them to be a part of our network and schedule them for group support sessions. Training and coaching therapists to adhere to Sesh standards will be crucial to the success of our organization. You will be considered an expert in Sesh products, policies, and procedures working hand-in-hand with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to help Sesh therapists feel supported in their work. A key component of your job is ongoing interactions and communications, both written and verbal, with the Sesh therapist network. You are energized by setting impactful organizational targets and achieving them with unmatched velocity.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform the current therapist recruitment function from a transactional driven interaction to a highly proactive, automated workflow
  • Design and implement new recruitment workflows and partnerships (e.g., virtual career fairs, targeted recruitment campaigns, etc.) to reach network targets
  • Own therapist onboarding checklist end-to-end (e.g., verification of malpractice insurance, reference checks, etc.)
  • Schedule therapists for monthly programming in alignment with the therapists’ experience and interests, to include the ownership of session coverage when a therapists is unavailable without notice
  • Manage network adherence to Sesh Quality standards via oversight and administration of the Sesh Quality Program
  • Engage therapists to ensure ongoing satisfaction (e.g., Facilitate Monthly Network Meeting, Own Quarterly Therapists Survey, Send Quarterly Acknowledgement Gifts/Notes, etc.)
  • Provide positive and constructive feedback to therapists as appropriate, this can include a more formal coaching plan and supervision requirements
  • Oversee recurring therapist compensation processes
  • Manage Therapist Manual and all associated Policies and Procedures to ensure alignment with operational changes
  • Create and manage to OKRs for Network Operations vertical
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support therapists’ success, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Legal
  • Identify Network Operations team staffing needs and develop materials to ensure successful team growth


Requirements

  • Licensed and/or board-certified mental health clinician
  • 3+ years experience managing therapists
  • Proven track record recruiting, onboarding and training therapists
  • Experience in policy and procedure creation
  • Proven track record of achieving organizational metrics specific to clinical quality measures
  • Experience in startup operations
  • Workable, HelpScout, Iterable and Sign-Up Genius experience is a plus
