Requirements
As our chosen Community Manager, every day you will help people buy their dream home, supervise and support property staff, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Tacoma Country Estates (85 Spaces) is a beautiful manufactured housing community in Tacoma, WA and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Must be able to live on-site
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Bonus Skills
NetSuite/Manage America
Manufactured housing knowledge
