The Customer Experience Specialist is the go to person in the collision center for customer assistance. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you are responsible for handing incoming phone calls to the collision center, scheduling appointments, updating customers on their vehicle and processing payments. The Customer Experience Specialist also works with the Estimators to close out repair orders. When a vehicle is ready for pickup, you will compile all documents and insurance paperwork into a packet that will be presented to the customer when they come in for their vehicle. We may also have you communicate with our insurance partners, as well as handle filing duties and light accounting functions to support the collision center. These accounting functions include accounts receivable and/or accounts payable. The customer experience is our focus, so professionalism, maturity and ethical behavior are a must for this position!
