Job Description:


We are looking for a REMOTE, talented, and competitive Account Executive (Inside Sales Representative) that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambition client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with working from home, up to-date software, professional in speaking to dozens of people per day, and exceptional in closing sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

Requirements

  • Must be independent and disciplined enough to work remotely.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience in B2C (Inbound and Outbound Calls)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Quick to learn system navigation
  • Trainable, Coachable, and receptive to feedback

Technological Requirements: (Bring Your Own Device)

Dedicated work space at home and equipment with the following specifications:

  • USB-Type headset and functional webcam
  • Windows 10 Home or Pro Activated PC w/ Anti-Virus Software
  • PC Processor: Intel i3 8th generation or Intel i5 / i7 / i9 (2.0GHz amp; up) "Must be 6th generation amp; up" /or/ AMD Ryzen 3 / Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 / Ryzen 9 (2.0GHz amp; up) " Must be 2nd generation and above"
  • PC Memory: 8GB amp; up • Hard Drive: 256GB amp; up
  • Hard Wire/Cable/Ethernet Connection
  • Minimum Internet speed required: 15 Mbps upload/15 Mbps download (If internet speed is more than 15mbps - DL and UL speed must be at least symmetrical)
  • Monitoring solution is required: TCP IT will require staff members to have separate computer profile for work but if planned dedicated machine (laptop/pc) has software/website/apps that use geolocation or does not allow monitoring tools, it may cause technical difficulties.

** ALL tech check results MUST be done via PC/Laptop. NO phone screenshots allowed. Any technical requirements needing upgrade or to be bought can be done after undergoing the interviews.**
