As Architectural Project Manager, you will prove Modulous value to US customers and industry partners by demonstrating innovative product-based project design in close collaboration with the global commercial, product and delivery teams. You will be instrumental in the success of Modulous’ US pilot project(s).
Responsibilities:
Project Feasibility:
- Conduct feasibility studies, underpinned by the Modulous physical product and functionality of TESSA, to support the customer engagement and product commercialization process.
- Lead the development of feasibility standards in support of customer engagement process to inform inputs for the Digital product development and continuous improvement of the Physical Product.
Project Design amp; Management:
- Lead the project design assist and project design team partner management for Modulous US pilot project
- Orchestrate internal and external design team contracts and deliverables to deliver the Modulous US pilot projects. Foster strong and lasting partnerships with external design teams.
- Collaborate with the Cost and Execution team to develop and manage project budgets and schedules ensure on time and on budget delivery of US pilot projects.
Collaboration amp; Continuous Improvement:
- Inform the Modulous Design Guidelines for product application in the US at full building scale that emphasises opportunities for sustainability and decarbonization.
- Inform, gather and provide design requirements for integration into Modulous’ digital product and physical product.
- Assist in providing data or other Physical Product collateral as needed to support customer engagement and product commercialization process.
- Perform internal beta testing of generative design software capabilities.
- Design-assist contribution to technical design efforts for Modulous physical products.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Open-minded critical thinker that is passionate about impacting meaningful change in the AEC industry through innovation, collaboration and partnerships.
- Excels in effective verbal and visual communication.
- Adaptable to change with the ability to recognize opportunities for continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of experience in multi-family residential development
- Experience with building-scale modular or prefabricated project design.
- Accredited degree in Architecture or related field
- Ability to confidently navigate and apply major US building and accessibility codes, as well as local zoning codes.
- Ability to creatively navigate and apply entitlement and building permitting requirements and processes for approval.
- Deep experience and confidence in client relationship building, team management, consultant coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and deliverable execution.
- Experience with design and construction contracts.
- Self-directed and proficient in Revit

- Practical understanding of product development.
