Position Summary
The PrePass Program Management team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help grow a commercial vehicle safety program into a market leader. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who excels in collaborating with customers and operational teams, as well as technical development teams. This position is located at our corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona where our engineering lab is based.

What We Want You to Do
Supporting the technical aspects of the business, sales, solution delivery, and development process related to specific SaaS offerings
- Documenting requirements, managing pricing models, generating statements of work/pricing proposals, responding in RFPs, translating technical solutions into business terms for customers.
- Vendor relationship and process management.
- Analyzing QA processes and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining strong relationship with customers, industry partners, and product teams.
- Being a technical subject matter expert for the business team.
- Managing solution delivery, analyzing service delivery and performance metrics, helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reviewing and testing new product features from the voice of the customer perspective.
- Participating in the problem management process.
- Attending industry or customer events to foster business relationships.
- Conducting market research and obtaining VOC to help evolve our offerings.
- Interfacing with customers, gathering and analyzing solution requirements, responding with the optimal solution(s).
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or similar.
- Experience as Technical Program Manager.
- Strong situational awareness, interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills.
- Skilled at synthesizing complex technical concepts into business terminology.
- Ability to travel 25% 35%.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong solution demonstration and presentation skills.
- Preference for Phoenix based candidates; Outstanding remote candidates will be considered.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have- Experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
- Experience working in Business to Government (B2G) environments.
- 4 years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Experience responding to technical requests for proposals in a solutions fashion.
