Job Description
1099 or Corp to Corp Contract 6-12 months
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
- Perform UI tests to optimize performance
- Provide training and support to internal teams
Requirements
· Must be highly skilled
· Must be versed with Nodejs, JavaScript, Typescript, Jest, GraphQL, AWS Lambda and Docker
· Must possess basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems
· Must be proficient with JavaScript package management tool such as NPM or Yarn
· Must possess strong API development experience
· Must be opinionated (APIs, code structure, standards, etc.)
· Must be able to perform code reviews for other BE engineers and act as a gatekeeper
· Core working hours are US Pacific Standard Time
· Must be fulltime
· Must be able to fluently communicate in English
· Must successfully complete screening process
· Must have experience using git, preferably GitHub or equivalent
· Preferably candidate can lead and provide guidance to other BE engineers
· Preferably experience with Jira in team environment and creation of well-structured tickets
