Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Packaging Solution Consultant with expertise in Engineering Change Record (ECR) in S/4 HANA to work with our client, Pfizer (IBM), in Collegeville, PA. As a consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and modifying the Pfizer Packaging Solution using ECR in S/4 HANA, analyzing SAP S/4 system solutions to support engineering change record for bills of materials, packaging specifications, and component drawings. You will also be responsible for recommending strategies that are compliant and efficient in accordance with company compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze SAP S/4 system solutions to support engineering change record for bills of materials, packaging specifications, and component drawings
- Configure and modify the Pfizer Packaging Solution using ECR in S/4 HANA
- Recommend strategies that are both compliant and efficient in accordance with company compliance guidelines
- Define user requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications
- Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity
- Develop prototype solutions
- Perform process impact analysis as well as related SAP functional/technical activities (design, prototype, test, implement) for continuous improvement enhancement requests
- Author and execute test scripts required to maintain a validated system state
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate SAP S/4 functionality to a broad stakeholder group, translating and influencing business and functional solution requirements with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of SAP ECC experience, including excellent functional knowledge and configuration skills
- Experienced in S/4 Engineering Change Record (ECR) in S/4 HANA is a must
- Excellent understanding of cross-functional integration among SAP S/4
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle. Use of ALM HP Quality Center a plus
- Experience in EHS, WWI (Word Integration), ECM, ECR, DMS, GLM, PP, and SAP Workflow preferred
- Excellent writing and communication skills for technical document writing
- Global Pharmaceutical industry SAP implementation experience preferred
- Knowledge of Open Text and Seal Server a plus
- SAP ECC Configuration, Interface troubleshooting, and monitoring
- Integration between SAP ECC and other systems (example WMS, MES, GIS, Autosys, etc.)
