Job Description

Vasion, formerly PrinterLogic, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing enterprise team. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for revenue retention, and growth within existing enterprise customer accounts. It is expected that you’ll meet regularly with your customers to gain an understanding of their company objectives and strategic vision. You will work closely with the Product Management, Product Support, and Marketing teams to communicate your customer’s objectives internally and to collaboratively ensure your customers are receiving a world-class experience.

Your objective is to become a trusted advisor for your customers throughout their digital transformation. This role requires the ability to establish and maintain relationships and the skill set of conflict resolution. An individual with a consultant-like background is typically a great fit for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand customer’s business objectives and implement strategic plans for achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with our Account Management team to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Work closely with our product team to understand customer needs and provide feedback on product enhancements
  • Develop and execute customer success plans that outline goals, metrics, and actions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to discuss progress, identify challenges, and plan for the future
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the company and advocate for their needs

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of professional sales experience in Enterprise Software and/or 3-5 years of Customer Success experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Travel required based on patch and geography needs
  • Solid problem-solving and consultative skills
  • Highly motivated, results/action-oriented, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, time and project management skills
