We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to help cover our our clinical hiring needs, specifically to hiring of our Nurse Consultant opportunity. This will be a short term project (4-6 months) as an independent contractor. As the Contract Recruiter, responsibilities will include sourcing qualified candidates and applying advanced interviewing techniques. Ultimately, you will employ your specialized skills and network to help us bring the right people on board. Contract Length: 4-6 months, up to 40 hours per week
Pay Rate:$30-35 per hour
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc.
- Help establish connections with professional groups, communities, and other organizations
- Select and present qualified sourced candidates to hiring team
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including video, first-round and second-round interviews
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Proven success in hiring for Healthcare roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Workable experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
- Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)
- Good knowledge of labor legislation, as well as, Exempt amp; Non-Exempt differences
- Excellent communication skills amp; Strong decision-making skills
- Outstanding organization amp; documentation ability
- Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
