Creslion, Inc. is seeking a talented Product Marketing Associate to support commercial selling in our Animal Health division. You will be the hemostatic gel subject matter expert to advocate and improve the standard of care. Our Product Marketing Associate will develop marketing campaigns and programs that promote products and professional education; creation of digital and print advertising such as brochures, flyers, banners and posters. This is a newly created role that will report into our dynamic Head of Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and developing new strategies as needed.
- Creating detailed reports on product performance metrics such as sales volume and profit margins
- Developing marketing strategies for new product launches, including pricing models, distribution channels, and anticipated demand for the product
- Planning events such as trade shows or convention to showcase new products or services.
- Monitoring competitors’ products and marketing efforts to highlight competitive differentiation and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Liaise with cross functional teams such as Creative Agencies, Business Development, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory.
- Assess market segmentations and develop data supported messaging strategies that clearly communicate product value propositions.
- Investigate the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
- Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of med device, pharma, or healthcare industry marketing experience (Supporting indirect markets, distributor channels or Animal Health industry experience is a strong plus)
- Experience engaging and working with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Ability to lead with speed, scrappiness, and with a sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously.
- Initiative-taking, meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changes in schedules and business priorities.

- Competitive annual base salary range of $80,000 - $120,000, depending upon job level and qualifications.
