At Mbanq, we're enabling Fintechs, neobanks, challenger banks, and credit unions to bring innovative financial services to the market in a matter of weeks rather than years by providing access to payment rails, card issuing and acquiring services, compliance services, and white-labeled web amp; mobile apps, in addition to our core banking solutions.

Our team is responsible for onboarding new customers (Fintechs) to our BaaS platform and enabling the seamless delivery of financial products and services. As a Technical Project Manager, you are in charge of understanding customer (Fintech's) needs, ensuring product alignment, and prioritizing and charting the best course for taking customers live.

• Own the sign-to-launch process for new customers being onboarded to our Banking as a Service platform.
• Deeply understand customer requirements and create and own project plans for taking customers live.
• Scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize project deliverables.
• Manage communication and dependencies between customer stakeholders, third party vendors, internal compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure product fit for the customer's use case.
• Ensure customer-facing knowledgebases are upto date.
• Continually improve the onboarding process for customers.
• Oversee the success rate of the Sign-to-launch process, ensuring internal SLAs are met.

Requirements

• Be highly autonomous with strong business judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in the finance or software development industry (experience owning a product/feature, scoping requirements, planning milestones, project management, and working with technical teams)
• Experience with project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
• Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms and equally adept in communicating upwards, outwards, and downward
• Understanding of financial services and products
• Advanced technical skills, including a deep understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs and an in-depth understanding of software development processes and tools
• (Bonus points for) Familiarity with FinTech industry concepts like payment rails, card networks, compliance, etc.
