ABOUT THE ROLE

The Investor Relations Manager is instrumental in telling the Enlight/Clenera story in today’s new era of reliable, affordable, and clean energy as well as articulating the organization’sfocus on creating long-term value for shareholders. The scope includes both strategic and tactical responsibilities of US investor relations and public relations responsibilities.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead day to day US investor relations function and ensure alignment of initiatives with Enlight’s global investor relations strategies.
  • Interact with and maintain relationships with U.S. based investors, including monitoring of existing holdings and active targeting of new investors.
  • Assist in planning and preparing for investor conferences.
  • Assist in preparing earnings releases as well as the quarterly earnings call process, such as drafting earnings scripts, releases, investor/press packets, and the Qamp;A package. Assist in the analysis and production of financial reporting tools for investor relations purposes.
  • Assist in production of investor communication materials that articulate the Company’s strategy, business profile, financial performance, and opportunity for long-term value creation. May include press releases, investor presentations, or related materials.
  • Liaise with Finance and FPamp;A to access financial reports and systems to develop standard work for creating and compiling investor relations materials and ad hoc special request analysis.
  • Act as Enlight/Clenera’s media point of contact through proactive media engagement, fielding media inquiries, and facilitating executive involvement in media events.
  • Develop well-written and strategic communications such as press releases, media pitches, op-eds, speaking presentations, fact sheets, bios, briefing materials, articles, FAQs, or related materials. Ensure messaging and materials are consistently clear, compelling, and complete.
  • Initiate and implement applicable public relations events, earned media, and related outreach to share the Enlight/Clenera story. Storyline development to increase awareness, drive and manage reputation, and support Enlight/Clenera’s brand through a wide range of public relations initiatives and materials.
  • Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
  • Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of investor relations or related experience.
  • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.
  • Skilles/Attributes:
  • Financial acumen and familiarity with capital markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, the media, and the investment community.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Travel: Occasional
