PAYOUT FOR SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT: $5,250.00 (Subject to Terms amp; Conditions)
Annual Salary for Role: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00
We are seeking an experienced marketing execution Account Executive that will work closely with the internal account and strategic team to manage the overall planning, sourcing, status reporting, and delivery of moderately complex marketing execution projects. This individual will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and building collaborative relationships with client stakeholders. This position requires an on-site presence at the client offices 1-3 times/week to build relationships, generate opportunities and provide thought leadership. As such, the ideal candidate should live within 1 hour of Hershey, PA.
- Develop and grow a strong relationship with the client
- Meet with stakeholders to review creative briefs and program objectives
- Select suppliers based upon their respective strengths and areas of expertise
- Build and maintain relationships between internal teams and qualified suppliers
- Leverage our project management software to prepare bid requests, assign jobs, track production, invoice our clients and report results
- Manage day-to-day activities to ensure efficient operation and effective execution
- Analyze supplier bid packages, follow up with questions or project changes, confirm schedules, and prepare bid information in detailed or summarized proposals for client review
- Confirm project specifications to ensure all job requirements, quality expectations, artwork availability and delivery dates are clearly identified and achievable
- Manage quality control of all deliverables to ensure excellence
- Maintain a production status document of all assigned projects
- Continuously develop knowledge of industry best practices, sustainable materials, diversity and innovative solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of marketing execution for CPG clients including print, branded merch, POS and displays
- Knowledge of typical CPG classes of trade, including Food, drug, mass, convenience and dollar
- Must be able to communicate with client stakeholders using a professional and personable manner
- Must be a self-motivated individual with a focus on growing and strengthening client partnership
- Should be comfortable and willing to provide recommendations to stakeholders for project modifications to enhance outcome or provide cost efficiencies
- Demonstrates the ability to solve moderately complex problems
