Our partner is seeking a talented Security TSA/SE to join their team in the tech industry in Seattle, WA. As the Renewal TSA, you will play a vital role in the technical aspects of renewal activities by presenting and demonstrating solutions, assisting in upselling and cross-selling, and acting as the main technical resource for the renewal team and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed approach to engaging targeted renewal customers through workshops and webinars
- Act as the main technical resource for the renewal team and potential customers
- Deliver technical product presentations via web conferencing or in the field
- Assist renewal reps and customers with resolving technical issues
- Deliver technical training modules to the team
- Work with the product management team as a liaison to accounts around technical product requirements
- Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on existing renewals
- Interact with internal engineering teams to provide solutions to technical issues
- Bring a consultative selling approach and dedication to customer success
- Determine optimal solutions for resolving challenges
- Provide timely customer communications and extraordinary customer service
- Capitalize on opportunities by being organized and focused
- Travel throughout the region to visit customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent
- 7+ years of technical experience in support or sales engineering, network operations support, email administration, and/or endpoint security
- 3 years of enterprise pre-sales experience working with network, email, endpoint, or cloud security products in a customer-facing role
- Comprehensive understanding of networking technology with a focus on security, including LAN and WAN networking protocols and technologies, switching, routing, and security
- Strong understanding of endpoint security and how it impacts customers' business operations
- Positive demeanor and friendly outgoing personality
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including conveying technical information in user-friendly language
- Ability to prioritize and work responsibly with or without direct supervision
Nice to have:
- 5 years of high-end technical sales experience working with network, email, endpoint, or cloud security products
- System architect and solution integration experience of AWS and Azure
- Experience selling governance and compliance solutions
- Strong network and endpoint security skills with real-world experience with Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Bluecoat, Proofpoint, endpoint security tools, and appropriate certifications
- Advanced level network technology certifications (e.g. CCIE, CCSP, JNCIE, etc.)
