At Local Projects, Creative Technologists (CTs) are intuitive problem solvers and are always seeking new and innovative ways to tell stories with interactive technologies. As such, CTs are unique in their ability to merge design with engineering. They bring their breadth of knowledge across stacks/tools and their unending curiosity and dedication to learning new skills to the table in the design process. This makes CTs able to identify and then utilize the right tool for the job no matter what the challenge.
Each CT at Local Projects brings a unique perspective and specialty to the team. A CT intern is embedded in project teams and primarily supports the design and development of ideas through different forms of technical prototyping. CT interns will work with other CTs and disciplines to identify prototyping opportunities during the early design phase and will be responsible for researching and building software components for the team to test out their preliminary designs and ideas. CT interns have the opportunity to bring their perspectives and skills to influence the design and the use of new technologies to ongoing projects.
