Job Description

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA and Denver, CO.
We’re making new and exciting things and we could really do with your help.
MOO is seeking a cross-functional Sales Enablement Manager to support our Sales and Customer teams as part of our wider growth initiatives. This person will ensure sales reps and managers have the most effective assets and training to close new business and grow existing accounts.
This is a great opportunity for someone who deeply understands voice, tone, and what a customer needs to make purchasing decisions, and is able to prepare our sales teams accordingly.
Some days you will serve as a consultant to teams on how to achieve the best customer outcomes, some days you will be deep in spreadsheets and data, and some days you will be in the weeds Imagining it Better and Keeping it Simple - finding better ways to speak directly with our customers and advocating for them in our processes. We want someone who is adaptable, owns this area of the business, and actively seeks out places to add value to the team.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing within our Growth team, and work closely with the broader marketing and operations groups at MOO across the US and UK.Responsibilities

  • Manage our Go To Market customer enablement for new products, working closely with sales, category, CRM and brand marketing teams on all new GTM strategies.
  • Have visibility across our sales-facing tools and resources, ensuring you are an expert user of each tool for set-up - being actively involved in the implementation process; includes building and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Partner with Rev Ops, category management, and others to roll out training on tools, new products, etc. to drive sales team knowledge and adoption, including sales-facing materials and organising training sessions. Build knowledge/training into Go To Market rollouts and sales prioritisation calendar by month as appropriate.

About you
  • The person we are searching for is a proactive problem-solver who sits at the intersection of Sales and Marketing. To be considered for the role, you’ll need to show:
