The Marketing Specialist role is geared for a new graduate looking to make the leap in their professional career; you will learn from peers, grow your own skillset, and have a large impact on the marketing team’s success.

You possess leadership skills, are a solid co-worker who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and willingness to work independently on projects. You are a fast learner and are willing to take on projects with limited direction, while showcasing your strong work ethic to see projects through to fruition and ultimately grow your digital marketing career. This role will support efforts in digital campaigns, with a special focus on content management through our CRM system. Essential Functions:

• 1-2 years of Marketing, Campaign Management or Demand Generation experience
• Experience with digital marketing, social media platforms, and utilizing a content management system (e.g., Sprout, Hubspot, MailChimp, Hoovers)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and how they are measured
• Beginner experience with content creation, which could include graphic design
• Knowledgeable or willing to learn B2B marketing (specifically in distribution) strategies that include: targeted campaigns, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, stability best practices etc.
• Interest in water and/or sustainability industry a plus!

• Versatile a willingness to work in fast-paced environment with ability to create, implement, and execute

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time
• Ability to occasionally move product weighing up to 50 pounds, including lifting, placing, pushing, and pulling

Work Environment:

• Must have the ability to work on site in Wilsonville, OR
