A Therapist is responsible for specific clinical services to assigned youth and families so that they may become healthy, independent and productive members of their communities. A Therapist is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant practitioner in the successful integration of treatment for clients.
A Therapist works designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.
Minimum 20 hours/week, Maximum 25 hours/week
Requirements
1. Valid California license as a LCSW, MFT, PhD, or PsyD; or a Masters degree and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate MSW or MFT Intern.
2. Work experience in a comparable mental health setting.
3. Valid California Drivers License, current vehicle insurance and a good driving record.
4. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
5. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.
Competitive Salary:
BBS Registered: $40.00- $45.00 per hour.
Licensed: $50.00- $60.00 per hour.
$1,000 signing bonus- Receive the first half of $1,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after completion of 6 months of employment.
