Sales Operations Manager Global

We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team as a Sales Operations Manager Global. In this role, you will be expected to boost productivity and efficiencies and accelerate revenue growth by building and delivering strategic programs such as sales process optimization, data analysis and reporting, sales pricing and updates, and technology enablement. Also, by cross-functional collaboration with organizational leaders in optimizing go-to-market strategies, processes, systems, and infrastructure; and by directing Salesforce systems administration and flows through internal and external resources.

You will:

  • Provide ongoing strategic direction and guidance on sales methodologies by developing sales pipeline and operational metrics, delivering methodologies to improve sales funnel performance, and creating toolsets to provide insights into performance metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions by leveraging the CRM platform to ensure data integrity and cleanliness that informs business needs, including finance, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Enable technology organizational uptake and advancement by exercising influence to manage CRM and revenue technology (sales, marketing, service) strategy to scale ahead of needs, ensuring that the full lead-to-revenue process is followed.
  • Build awareness of sales policies and best practices by creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes, policies and sales training materials, and by proactive participation in onboarding new sales talent.
  • Drive continuous systems improvements by leading and guiding technical resources in the completion of developmental and administrative goals.
  • Leverage technology to enhance sales productivity by identifying learning opportunities that enable the team to work smarter, and by simplifying existing processes and creating new processes as needed.
  • Provide timely, robust, and informative reporting that meets business needs by working closely with global organizational leadership defining optimal performance measurements for sales organization success, and by providing data support and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Foster strategic awareness, initiatives, and objectives by partnering with sales leadership and finance teams to facilitate and manage planning, revenue forecasting, and budgeting processes

Requirements

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field, or equivalency
  • 10+ years related experience with Salesforce platform, ERP experience essential.
  • Advanced skills Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Pardot Market Automation required.
  • Remote position, travel 10%
  • 10 years of experience in a strategic sales operations role
  • 10 years of business analysis or project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on leadership style.
  • Ability to manage change and effectively flow down information for smooth execution.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build effective work partnerships and to effectuate change through influence and persuasion.


Salary: $108,000-$125,000
