Job Description

The SABHH Community Liaison - Digital Marketing role is a hybrid role that focuses on new business development in the community with prospective referral sources, as well as management and creation of digital/social media to increase brand awareness and digital marketing efforts. Successful performance in this position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of graphic design concepts and software, as well as the ability to commute throughout the San Antonio area regularly to visit referral sources and establish new relationships. This person participates in staff training as directed and assumes other Business Development duties as assigned by the COO.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create, post, and manage a routine social media channel presence across platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIN, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
  • Create flyers, posters, digital e-blasts, and other marketing collateral for the Business Development team.
  • Experience with video editing preferred.
  • Facilitates direct admission to appropriate program for patients referred by community behavioral health providers.
  • Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal/social skills including safe anger management, impulse control, and maintenance of appropriate boundaries to all patients, client and families.
  • Responsible for creating new referral sources.
  • Prepares and makes program presentations to agencies, prospective referral sources, local community officials and other influential key to the success of defined community liaisons programs.
  • Participates in intradepartmental and interdepartmental activities directed at improving communication, coordination, and quality patient care.
  • Maintain external account list.
  • Establishes good rapport and communicates well with persons inquiring about facility services.
  • Schedules and conducts trainings/in-service for department and referral sources.
  • Other duties as needed.
