The Role of a Bilingual Hospitality Branch Manager with HotelPro!

  • Cultivate a path of learning amp; professional development for branch team
  • Build professional relationships in the hospitality sector, specially hotel amp; housekeeping department
  • Oversee risk management and proactively ensure workplace safety
  • Manage and lead client (hotel) service activities
  • Anticipate and resolve client (hotel) challenges
  • Be available by phone for client (hotel) and Team Members (housekeeping)
  • Develop amp; lead branch activities
  • Lead hotel market sales activity
  • Create an inclusive team environment
  • Stay current with hotel industry, housekeeping trends amp; market tendencies

Work Location: On the road

Requirements

What We Are Looking for in a Bilingual Hospitality Branch Manager with HotelPro!

  • 2 years of experience in staffing and/or hotel operations, ideally in the housekeeping department
  • 2 years of management experience (ideally in housekeeping)
  • Sales experience
  • Record of success in a team environment (preferably hotel)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills: ability to learn and work with new programs
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Hotel management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English and Spanish fluently (Required)
