Locus Services is a national Field Service Management company looking to hire a motivated individual for a National Account Manager (NAM) position. This position is fully remote, but local to eastern Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate has relevant current experience in customer service, account management, sales operations, or project management in a Field Service Management industry, with strengths in client-facing communication, multi-tasking, and effective inter-departmental communication.
The NAM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned existing client accounts as well as new incoming accounts from the sales team, and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving client relationships. The NAM will have daily responsibilities including, but not limited to, prompt follow up on all client inquiries and service requests, project management of all client-requests for the duration of the request lifecycle, and effective and collaborative teamwork with other NAMs and interdepartmentally with the Dispatch team, Accounting and Sales.

The NAM will report to the Supervisor of National Accounts, and the department will work closely with Sales and the greater Operations team to ensure that the client is well-supported, and that the department is meeting sales targets and goals.
Hours:
Salary position with a schedule of 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional work required past 5:00 pm depending on client location and needs.
