Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a hard-working, self-driven individual to join our behavioral team as a Telehealth Facilitator. This role operates telehealth units on-site in skilled nursing facilities, connecting patients with their mental health providers. 2 years of experience in the medical/nursing home/behavioral health field preferred.

Applicants must be able and willing to travel between 2-3 facility locations.

Job Type: Part Time 2-3 days/week, (Potential to grow to full time)

Responsibilities

• Coordinating appointment scheduling
• Ensuring telehealth equipment is working properly
• Timely connection to telehealth appointments
• Facilitation of telehealth connection between client and provider
• Customer Service responsibilities in each client facility

Requirements

• Current Covid-19 Vaccination w/ Booster complete
• Flu Vaccination
• BLS
• TB Test
• CPR/AED Certificate
• Experience operating tablets, computers, and other electronic devices
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent documentation/writing skills
• Ability to meet company deadlines

Benefits

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
