Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and managing the talent acquisition team to ensure the firm effectively serves its clients in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to clients' needs, establish relationships with external recruitment partners, and create a robust talent pipeline. Collaborate with clients to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Continuously improve the recruitment processes and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Implementation
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for clients, in line with their objectives and business goals.
- Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends and best practices, continuously updating and improving the firm's talent acquisition strategies for clients.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve candidate retention and satisfaction for clients.
Team Management and Client Collaboration
- Manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective recruitment processes and practices for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and company culture.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners such as agencies, job boards, and professional networks to support client needs.
Candidate Pipeline and Experience
- Create and manage a robust talent pipeline for clients, ensuring they have a diverse pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics for clients to continuously improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding for client companies.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of clients' employer brands, promoting their organizations as attractive places to work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
