We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to increase market share nationally.
Responsibilities/Duties include, but are not limited to:
- New customer acquisition
- Lead generation
- Operating as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Prepare sales material by studying and listening to customer’s needs.
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity and reports using company’s CRM software.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, techniques, etc.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
Requirements
- Experience in outside sales (healthcare/dialysis sales a plus)
- Must be motivated to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Solid experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Industry knowledge related to the dialysis or nephrology field is not required but is a plus
