Dialysis Sales Representative

Dealmed is the fastest growing medical supply manufacturer and distributor in the US. As we expand our reach into new markets, we are looking for additional talent to complement our growing team of professionals.

We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to increase market share nationally.

Responsibilities/Duties include, but are not limited to:

• New customer acquisition
• Lead generation
• Operating as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your accounts
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Prepare sales material by studying and listening to customer’s needs.
• Keeping management informed by submitting activity and reports using company’s CRM software.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, techniques, etc.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

Requirements

• Experience in outside sales (healthcare/dialysis sales a plus)
• Must be motivated to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Solid experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Industry knowledge related to the dialysis or nephrology field is not required but is a plus
