Lead in three critical executive roles: 1) Associate Commissioner, 2) Regional Customer Services Delivery Officer, 3) Senior Regional Client Executive.
The Region had extremely strained relationships with Agency customers. Known for having superlative people skills, I was tasked with this new role and to stand up a division to address customer communications and relationships. In under a year, under my leadership, I have catapulted the Region’s relationships with our Agency customers from statistically very poor to excellence. My focus is on assuring 1) enhanced, regularly-scheduled and recurring communication with the customer, 2) statistically tracking customer needs and opinions relative to the Region’s performance, 3) imbedding client executives into the project process: 1) assuring responsiveness to customers by project managers and Regional leadership, 2) anticipating and heading off project roadblocks or delays, 3) developing excellent rapport with customer points of contact to build trust and satisfaction. The results have been remarkable.
