• Insight Therapy Solutions was founded in 2012 with the goal of bringing mental health services to at-risk youth in rural Nevada. Our CEO and founder, Franchesca Van Buren, grew up in a tiny town in rural Nevada that had a selection of trailers, some tumbleweeds, and virtually no mental health services. Years later, Franchesca was working in the big city as an attorney when she heard the story of a little girl who also grew up in that town, suffered unspeakable abuse, and did not have the resources to get to a big city to get the help she needed to overcome this trauma. So Insight was born to help that little girl and so many more who would have otherwise suffered in silence. Our mission is to change lives, one person at a time, by making mental health services more widely available. That’s the revolutionary beauty of telehealth—it means that geography is finally no longer a barrier to finding that perfect therapist fit.
