Transifex, internationally recognized by today’s tech leaders as a leading agile translation management solution, is looking for an energetic self-motivated Senior Account Manager (AM) that is eager to grow and contribute to a fast-growing business. By joining a dynamic team, AMs serve as the business owner for a portfolio of assigned customers and help clients realize strategic value from their investment in Transifex by driving renewals, establishing strategic relationships and building new business in the process.

This person will be a contributor to the success of Transifex's customers, including Atlassian, Quora, Eventbrite, Datadog, and Hubspot that rely on Transifex to achieve a truly multilingual, global presence.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage, renew, and grow a portfolio of assigned customers
  • Create strategic account plans for top opportunities
  • Own the account-level relationship with clients, building strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and identify new key executives and business sponsors to build new relationships to further grow the account
  • Identify upsell opportunities to build pipeline and close deals to achieve
  • Proactively identify and resolve account success blockers that may arise
  • Orchestrate discussions with senior leaders around their business needs
  • Align with the Customer Success team to develop strategies focused on customer retention and expansion efforts, including participation in renewal activities and Customer Business Review

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of SaaS Account Management experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of consistent account book growth and quota achievement
  • Extremely detailed and process driven, with
  • Ability to develop and deliver executive presentations and webinars
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetings
  • Ability to adapt and adjust priorities in a dynamic/fast paced environment
  • Self-driven and not afraid to explore
  • Experience in the Localization industry and/or selling to DevOps is plus
