Job Description

Transifex, internationally recognized by today’s tech leaders as a leading agile translation management solution, is seeking to add Account Executives to our team as we continue to increase our market share and penetrate new accounts. This role will be remote and focused on an assigned geographic territory.


Transifex is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Junior Account Manager (AM) that is eager to grow and contribute to a fast-growing SaaS business. By joining a dynamic team, you will serve as the business owner for a portfolio of assigned customers and help clients realize strategic value from their investment in Transifex by driving a large volume of renewals and building new business in the process. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively manage, renew, and grow a significant portfolio of assigned Transifex customers (sub $10K ARR customers).
  • You will own the complete renewal lifecycle including all administrative taskssuch as obtaining Purchase Orders or executed Service Order Forms when required, forecasting, quoting, negotiations, and order creating and submission
  • Own account-level relationship with clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify upsell opportunities to build pipeline while focusing on maintaining strong renewal rates
  • Proactively identify and resolve account success blockers that may arise with collaboration with our Customer Success organization
  • Orchestrate discussions with customers around their current and future business needs
  • Create alignment with the Customer Success and Finance teams to develop strategies focused on customer retention and expansion efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 year of SaaS Account Management or Business Development experience with SMB and Mid-Market accounts
  • Proven track record of consistent account book growth and quota achievement
  • Extremely detailed and process driven with experience working across a subset of internal technology products (Salesforce, ChurnZero, etc)
  • Ability to adapt and adjust priorities in a dynamic/fast paced environment
  • Self-driven and not afraid to explore
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to address client situations
