The Recruiter/HR Generalist will handle a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks and have impeccable follow through skills. This person must be well organized and able to interact with both staff and external contacts (at all levels), and be flexible, resourceful and highly efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources:
- Acts as the to-go-to HR person for Benefits related questions/concerns
- Responsible for maintaining Students/Interns/Contractors listings and requirements
- Maintains Driver Listing and training requirements
- Advises and processes external/internal Transfer Requests
- Responsible for weekly filing and scanning any in-service trainings into training records
- Responsible for Health-stream updates/changes/tracking Health-stream expert for HR
- Assists with RBH Morale and Retention processes/events
- Performs Orientation Training if HR Director is unavailable
- Backup to other HR coordinator if they are out of office
- Upholds Organization’s ethics and customer service standards.

Recruitment:
- Establish and maintain contacts with local schools for recruitment purposes
- Ability to follow up within 1 day of all new applicants
- Ensure applicants meet expectations of job postings and schedule in a timely manner for interviews
- Stay on top of recruitment trends and brief HR Director of issues revolving recruitment efforts
- Conducts and seeks out multiple job fairs/hiring fairs/ within local community and represents RBH accordingly
- Utilizes all aspects of available recruitment tools to ensure 100% effort is made in selection process
- Establishes relationships within the community to help align with recruitment efforts
This position will work Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am - 5pm with some flexibility based on needs.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Human Resources/Recruitment/Business/Healthcare preferred)
- At least one (1) year of Hospital Recruitment and Human Resources experience preferred
- Knowledge of Workable ATS preferred
- Knowledge of both Federal and State Labor Laws preferred
- Knowledge or experience in Healthcare preferred
