DSI Systems Inc., an authorized ATamp;T Representative partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a Senior Inside Sales Manager for the ATamp;T SMB Division. In this role, the Senior Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing an existing, high-performing sales team focused on handling inbound (and some outbound) business-to-business sales calls with an emphasis on our partnership with ATamp;T.
DSI is also a leader in sales enablement solutions in the telecommunications industry. The Enterprise Sales Team works closely with industry leaders like ATamp;T and DIRECTV to help convert sales opportunities with commercial clients.
*This is an in-office position that will report to our Richardson, TX office*

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success
- Develop and implement sales strategies and goals to drive revenue growth, primarily through ATamp;T products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ATamp;T, authorized retailers, and vendor partners
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to upper management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales programs and initiatives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Previous experience managing sales teams or call centers is required
- Experience with contact center platforms like Zendesk, Five9, or any phone/lead management software is preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Dynamic, highly motivated individual with the integrity and passion to succeed
- Prompt, strategic, highly organized, effective time management goal-oriented with proven results
- Previous experience in Telecom/IT Sales is preferred, with a strong emphasis on ATamp;T products and services.
