Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in the Accounting industry? We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Houston.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry, answering phones, sorting mail, typing documents, filing, etc.
- Assisting with accounting tasks as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the accounting team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills
- Knowledge of Accounting Software, preferably Peach Tree or Quick Books
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent spelling and grammar
