Endeavor is seeking an Associate to join our People amp; Performance team. The Associate will be involved in all things People for Endeavor’s 500 staff across over 30 countries. In particular, the Associate will help lead initiatives with regard to Hiring, Onboarding, People Analytics, and Internal Communications.
- Hiring: Manage Endeavor’s ATS and craft a world-class hiring process.
- Onboarding: Design a flexible and scalable onboarding process for Endeavor’s worldwide staff. This includes collating best practices from local offices, managing New Staff classes, improving upon Endeavor’s resource center.
- People Analytics: Own and manage Endeavor’s People Analytics strategy. This includes Endeavor’s annual employee engagement survey, as well as pulse surveys as needed to drive people-related strategy and decisions across the organization.
- Culture amp; Internal Communications: Design and improve Endeavor’s internal communications structure. This includes small yet crucial initiatives like recognizing birthdays and anniversaries or larger projects like organizing internal bulletins from our leadership team and ensuring managers follow-through with our Continuous Performance Management Framework
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a talent role focused on attraction, retention, training amp; development, people analytics, performance management
- Data-driven and analytical
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Experience working in a distributed, international organization, a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, oral and written
- Attention to detail
