The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is a strategic partner who provides high-quality service to SNAHC’s management and employee teams under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Director. The HRG is responsible for carrying out duties in the following functional areas, including but not limited to: employee development, employee relations, organizational development, worker’s compensation, employee benefits, compensation, and other items related to the employee life cycle.
