About the role

The Learning Program Facilitator will work cross-functionally to build customer and channel partner capability in data-driven organsational design via our best-in-class methodology, practices, and technology. You will lead the creation and delivery of exceptional live (virtual and in-person) learning experiences that drive the ongoing advocacy and utilization of our platform across our customer and partner network.

This is a new fully remote position that reports into our Head of Customer and Partner Enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and facilitation of interactive live sessions that encourage the application and transfer of learning in real world scenarios
  • Facilitate engaging group discussions that reinforce key concepts and methods related to data-driven organizational design (D-DOD) and organizational planning and analytics (OPamp;A)
  • Facilitate the transfer of learning through formalized evaluation measures, including the creation and administration of knowledge checks, skill assessments, and comprehensive proficiency tests/exams
  • Ensure ongoing program engagement and success by providing meaningful and timely communication and performance feedback to learning program participants
  • Manage the coordination and completion of learning courses and events, including scheduling, coordinating, and tracking live training sessions
  • Administer learning coursework and experiences through our learning management system and dedicated training environment
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships (both internal and external) by consistently demonstrating and delivering exceptional subject matter expertise, innovative educational content, and high-quality program facilitation and support

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering interactive learning sessions.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Human Resources and/or in the areas of organizational design, organizational development, and/or workforce planning preferred
  • Prior experience building and maintaining effective relationships and partnerships (both internal and external) to drive business performance
  • Prior experience demonstrating and delivering exceptional subject matter expertise, innovative enablement content, and high-quality program facilitation and support
  • Prior experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving projects to successful completion with minimal guidance
  • Proficiency in working with a variety of software applications and platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Docebo
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, Leadership, Human Resource Management, or related field required
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time, across regions
